Termite & Pest 8AM to 10AM Termite and Pest -The 2-hour termite and pest control continuing education course is designed to give real estate agents the knowledge needed to understand wood destroying insects and pest control. At the conclusion of this course, the student will be able understand what effects specific termites and pest have on a home and relate this information to clients that may encounter certain termites and pest. WDIR 10 AM to 12:00 The 2-hour WDIR Class discusses a termite certificate that shows past/present termite damage or termite activity in the home, the specifics on the law that it was created under, specific language used on report. Home Inspection 12:30pm to 2:30pm The 2-hour home inspection continuing education course is designed to give real estate agents knowledge pertaining to the home inspection process and the importance of home inspections. At the conclusion of this course, the student will be able to understand the home inspection process and relate the specifics of the home inspection to clients in need of a home inspection. Video Piping 2:30PM to 4:30PM The 2-hour video pipe inspection continuing education course is designed to give real estate agents knowledge about the video pipe inspection process. They can then pass this information along to future clients regarding the video pipe inspection process, evaluating and possible repairs
