We welcome you to become a subscriber of Greater Southern MLS by completing the online form below. As a customerof Greater Southern MLS, you will have access to listings not only from the Lake Charles Area, but also Listings From around the state provided that can be displayed on your website to make your site more engaging and SEO-friendly supplied by an evergrowing number of Brokers and REALTORS ® from around the state.

Greater Southern MLS includes a robust suite of MLS technologies, technology training, inexpensive data services and multiple support options.

If you are an agent of a broker who is not a member of a REALTOR Association, your broker will not require you to be a member of a REALTOR Association. However, if your broker is a member of a REALTOR Association, you will also be required to be a member of a REALTOR Association. Remember, as a sales agent, you are acting on behalf of your broker – an agent of the agent – and are to parallel the broker’s membership or non-membership in SWLAR.
